There are different personal identification cards issued by different UAE authorities to facilitate people of determination in various walks of life.
Ministry of Community Development (MOCD) - People of Determination ID Card
Zayed Higher Organization (ZHO) - People of Determination Card (POD Card)
Zayed Higher Organization (ZHO) - Fazaa Hemam Card
Community Development Authority (CDA) - Sanad for People with Disability
Location specific information
The following table lists location specific information for these cards. These cards are usually issued by the same emirate in which the residents/citizen reside. For residents/expats, this means the emirate which issued their visa. For citizens it's the emirate in which they reside. There are certain acceptability parameters associated with these cards as not all cards are acceptable across UAE, conditions apply.
