How to apply for a new card
Fazaa card is automatically made available to the POD individuals when they apply for a ZHO POD ID Card.
Upon approval of the ZHO POD ID Card, you will receive an SMS with your newly created Fazaa Membership number and activation pin code, as shown below.
In the above screenshot 123456 is your Fazaa membership number and 78910 is the activation pin code.
Once you have the membership number and the activation pin code, you can then download the Fazaa Mobile Application and login using above credentials and start availing the discounts/offers.

How to renew an existing card

Its not unavailable, its just that the membership renewal process has changed this year. To enable your expired Fazaa card please call 600520003, provide your Fazaa Membership number and they would enable your membership again. You can use this link to do it yourself.

Yes, as per MOCD website you are elligible to get a Fazaa Hemam card once you get an mocd card.
