How to apply for a new card

Fazaa card is automatically made available to the POD individuals when they apply for a ZHO POD ID Card.

Upon approval of the ZHO POD ID Card, you will receive an SMS with our newly created Fazaa Membership number and activation pin code, as shown below.

In the above screenshot 123456 is your Fazaa membership number and 78910 is the activation pin code.

Once you have the membership number and the activation pin code, you can then download the Fazaa Mobile Application and login using above credentials and start availing the discounts/offers.

How to renew an existing card

Fortunately, this process is tied to your ZHO POD ID Card activation. As soon as your ZHO card becomes active, so would the Fazaa card. If this is the first time, you would receive an SMS with Fazaa membership number and password.
