- Personal photograph (white background)
- Emirates ID card
- (Expats) Passport copy (valid for atleast 6 months)
- (Expats) Visa copy (valid for atleast 6 months) - Visa must be issued by Dubai
- (Expats) Proof of Dubai residence
- Medical/Psychological Assessment Report issued from Dubai
