Is your Fazaa Card Expired?

Recently it has been noticed by several Fazaa card holders that their card is being shown as expired in the Fazaa mobile app, thus making it impossible to use the card and avail offers and benefits. Fortunately, this is a temporary glitch and there is a workaround to fix that in just a few minutes.

How to renew your Fazaa card in the app if its showing as expired

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Call fazaa, keep your Fazaa Membership No. handy as they will ask for it.
  2. Inform them about your expired membership. They will re-enable the membership (usually till 31-12-2025) and send you a link on your registered mobile phone which will allow you to reset your password.
  3. Reset the password
  4. Logout from your Fazaa app
  5. Log in to your Fazaa app using newly reset password

If its the first time or renewal, its better to call the call center (ideally between 9am-5pm on weekdays). They are super-helpful and your issue is usually resolved immediately. Its all digital so all it takes for them is to enable your account and the rest you can setup on your phone easily.
