Offer Details

Using the MOCD card you can enter a request in TAMM. Once the request is approved you will be issued a blue colored parking permit that is acceptable officially across the UAE and allows the POD individual to park on the exclusively marked special needs parking spots. You can register up to 2 vehicles that are registered under your name. If the POD individual is also a passenger in the vehicle then this card can be used by the POD their 1st level family as well. However, it shouldn't be used by the family if the POD person is not present and in case of inspection, you will be subject to a fine.

The categories of individuals that can avail this offer should have one of the following condition mentioned at the back of the MOCD POD ID Card:

Physical
Visual Impairment
Autism
Intellectual
